1. To prevent the filter material from entering the reverse osmosis device: select the appropriate water outlet device of the filter to prevent the sand leakage and activated carbon leakage of the filter; select the appropriate activated carbon to prevent the powder removal in the process of use.
2. For large-scale purified water equipment with tap water as the source, an independent water supply system can be set up, which can not only ensure the stable operation of the water supply system, but also reduce the instantaneous impact on the water supply network of the whole plant when the RO system starts and stops. When the RO device takes water directly from the raw water pipe network, high and low pressure protection facilities should be set up, because most of the water supply network pressure fluctuations.
3. First of all, the compatibility between the agent and the agent should be considered, and then the compatibility between the agent and the membrane material should be considered. For example, coagulant, coagulant aid, bactericide, reducing agent and scale inhibitor are often used in RO system. Since colloids in natural water are generally negatively charged, cationic coagulants with positive charges are usually used. In order to prevent the scaling of R0 unit, the measures of adding scale inhibitor are almost considered at the inlet end of RO, which almost all have negative charge. Therefore, the reaction between cationic coagulant and anionic scale inhibitor should be avoided to prevent the deposition of colloidal compounds on the membrane surface.
